Security Control Centre
An control centre is a central point where emergency responders receive and process incident reports and, if necessary, send emergency services to the scene of the incident. Control centres are found in the government and in companies or organisations that have an important role in society. Employees in the control centre must be able to act quickly and efficiently and are often trained in working with specific software and equipment. The control centre can also serve as a central point for gathering information and coordinating emergency services during emergencies. At Intronics, you will find various KVM and cable solutions applied in a control centres.
KVM and cable solutions for control centres
A workplace in a control centre is an environment where employees work who are responsible for processing emergency information and passing it on to emergency services. Employees, also called dispatchers, are the first point of contact for reports of emergencies and then give instructions to emergency services. The workplace is often equipped with various communication devices, such as telephones, radios and computers and is a busy and sometimes stressful environment where employees need to work efficiently to inform emergency services of emergency situations in a timely manner. Intronics specialises in professional KVM control room solutions for switching sound and/or images.
KVM solutions
Thanks to our KVM solutions, a dispatcher can control several screens and PCs with only one keyboard, monitor and mouse and switch between PCs and images without noticeable delay. KVM extenders and switches allow switching between multiple computers/sources and workstations/screens with different video and USB interfaces. With our extension solutions, it is possible to transport signals over longer distances. This distance is bridged via UTP CAT cables or via fibre optics.
