Terms and conditions

Intronics BV offers a wide range of products, but without sufficient stocks this has no value at all. Our strategy is to ship out domestic orders placed before 17h00 on the same day. International orders paced before 15h00 are processed the same day. This means large stocks are available. Whether you require a single cable or 15,000 network cables, Intronics BV can ship within 24 hours.

All prices are net and without VAT based on domestic delivery. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment is due strictly 30 days from date of invoice if an account has been established, or prepaid when there is no credit line in place.

Domestic orders up to €500,- excl. VAT are increased by €10.00 shipping and handling costs. Free delivery at Benelux region for orders above €500,- excl. VAT.  Free delivery at Benelux region for orders above €500,- excl. VAT.
We deliver international orders, ex-works Haaksbergen The Netherlands, incoterms 2020. Shipping charges are location based. If you need more information, please contact export@intronics.nl.

Returned goods must meet the following requirements:

• RMA document provided by Intronics
• Copy of the original invoice
• Clear description of the reason of return
• Products must be in original packaging and in same condition as when shipped
• All shipping costs and fees are prepaid by the customer

Returned goods not meeting these demands will not be accepted.
When goods are ordered incorrectly, these may be returned for refund within 6 days of purchase. These goods must be returned in the original and undamaged packaging and may not be returned with additional stickers, tape or addresses. An administration fee of €25.00 is charged for the refund of incorrectly ordered goods. After 6 days, returns are no longer possible. 

When you register for, or make use of our services, you provide us with personal data.
