Returns/Repairs
Returned goods must meet the following requirements:- RMA document provided by Intronics
- Copy of the original invoice
- Clear description of the reason of return
- Products must be in original packaging and in same condition as when shipped
- All shipping costs and fees are prepaid by the customer
When goods are ordered incorrectly, these may be returned for refund within 6 days of purchase. These goods must be returned in the original and undamaged packaging and may not be returned with additional stickers, tape or addresses. An administration fee of €25.00 is charged for the refund of incorrectly ordered goods. After 6 days, returns are no longer possible.
