RMA Procedure

RMA Conditions

 

A returned product is only accepted when it meets the following requirements. Products returned otherwise are not accepted.

Returned goods must meet the following requirements:
  • All shipping costs and fees are prepaid by the customer
  • Goods are returned with an enclosed RMA form
  • The RMA number must be marked clearly on the outside of the package
  • Goods must be returned in solid packaging
  • Products which have been ordered incorrect, must be returned in original packaging and in same condition as when shipped
  • Goods must be returned within two weeks after the RMA form has been send. After these two weeks the RMA request is no longer valid and with this the right to return this product.
