Intronics b.v. offers a wide range of products, but without sufficient stocks this has no value at all. Our strategy to ship out orders placed before 16.00 on the same day, means large stocks are required. Whether you require a single cable or 15.000 network cables, Intronics b.v. can supply within 24 hours. Below you can find the terms and conditions.

Prices

All prices are net and without VAT. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Shipping/order costs:

€ 8,00 order costs and shipping costs are charged on orders < 100 Euro without VAT.
Shipping costs are charged on orders < 500 Euro without VAT.
Domestic orders > 500 Euro without VAT are shipped free of charge.

Payments

Payment is due strictly 30 days from date of invoice if an account has been established, or prepaid / cash on delivery.

Returns/repairs

Returned goods must meet the following requirements:
- all shipping costs and fees are prepaid by the customer;
- copy of the original invoice with the requested RMA number included;
- clear description of the reason of return;
- products must be in original packaging and in same condition as when shipped.

Returned goods not meeting these demands will not be accepted!
When goods are ordered incorrectly, these may be returned for refund within 6 days of purchase. These goods must be returned in the original and undamaged packaging and may not be returned with additional stickers, tape or addresses. An administration fee of € 16,00 is charged for the refund of incorrectly ordered goods. After 6 days, returns are no longer possible.

Warranty

All products are purchased with manufacturer warranty.

Cancellations

Cancellations of open orders are accepted only in writing.

Deliveries

Orders placed before 16.00 hours are shipped out the same day.

Our sales department can be reached by telephone from Monday to Friday between 8.30 and 17.00 hours.
